I earned a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Utah State University after completing an undergraduate degree at Boise State University. I am a trauma informed therapist trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). I have worked in an integrative clinical setting as a Medical Family Therapist as well as in private practice working with couples, adolescents and children facing a variety of issues including: anxiety, depression, grief, infertility, life-transitions, self-esteem, intimate relationships, and parenting. I also work as an adjunct professor teaching courses at BYU-Idaho and Utah State University.
